This development role includes all aspects of application development such as
analysis, specification, design, implementation, testing, debugging,
maintenance and enhancement.  We are committed to quality, high performance,
usable and robust application development with every team member taking
responsibility for the on-time delivery of the product.

Requires:  C++ Object Oriented programming experience.	Knowledge of
Microsoft Foundation Classes and COM.  Broad experience of the application
development life cycle process. 3+ years Windows NT/95 C++ programming with
Microsoft Visual C++ and MFC.  Graphical User Interface experience. 
Development experience in a software vendor environment.  Understanding of
the creation of NT Server and NT service applications.	Rdba experience a
plus.  Usage of commercial Software Change Management systems such as
Intersolv's PVCS Version Manager and Microsoft's Visual Source safe a plus.
