So yes, indeed it is an annoyance to have to go and fix the installation, by going to the backup, and we will indeed try to fix this in a future release. Meanwhile, we will add some documentation to warn (the rather small number of) people who modify the site-start file that they will have to do an extra simple manual step for now.
