Yes. But my understanding w/ Gnat is that the Win32 spec files are under the Microsoft copyright, and are techinicly not supposed to be used by anyone who does not have VC++ installed. Also, does Gnat's linker allow linking to VC++ object files? I believe Aonix got around this issue by licensing (sounds so much nicer than "bribing") the linker from Microsoft. Last I heard, Rational's solution was to make VisualC++ a "System Requirement".
