He writes in several places of his books "The= re is a strong school of thought against the usage of use-statements". It i= nfluenced me for a period of totally avoid=C3=ADng use-statements and inste= ad using tagged types to be able to use the object-prefix notation and take= advantage of "use type" and "use all type". There are situations today whe= re I would use use-statements i.e. when forced to stick to the Ada95 or Ada= 83 standards. There may be other sitatuions as well, but I'm gonna keep thi= s reply short and sweet.
