It requires that USE of the binding require that you also use the SDK, but at least the version I have access to says nothing about such distribution permission. Can one assume that this is a special deal that Aonix specifically made with Microsoft, or are you just assuming that it is OK to distribute if you are sure users will be properly licensed to use the bindings.
