I suppose Dijkstra, as one of the holy triumvirate who wrote the seminal "Structured Programming" in 1972, did not find too abhorrent the language used by co-author Ole-Johan Dahl in his chapter "Hierarchical Program Structures". That language was SIMULA, the most influential ancestor of all OO languages.
