There is nothing secret. It is not that hard to use CreateProcess from the
Win32Ada
binding.

You'll find on my homepage a partial implementation if the POSIX binding for
the PC
built on top of the Win32Ada binding. The POSIX_Process_Primitives package
use
CreateProcess.
