Maybe it hasn't happened to *you*, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Heck, if that logic works, I assert that death does not exist. After all, it hasn't ever happened to me. Ha Ha! Now I'll live forever. Suffer, mortal fools! :-) If you *like* the "Hungarian notation"-like conventions that are common in C work, that's fine. But you aren't going to be able to convince me its a good thing for Ada any more than I can convince you its not. In the meantime, we horribly bore everyone else. Actually, that's a very valid point (I may be misreading you here, but heck, I'm going with it). "Instance" is so undescriptive, it might as well be "I". That's part of the reason I'm not entirely satisfied with the Package_Name.Instance convention.
