The interpretation of statutes by people posting in comp.lang.ada is not legal advice and should not be construed as such. A friend of mine once pointed out in a discussion of visa requirements in rec.travel that people should always check with official sources: you can't go to a border and say "somebody in rec.travel said I didn't need a visa".
