Seriously, though, if _I_ invested millions into starting up a business (if I had the millions to invest, and was the sole proprietor), you're damned right it's going to be run as I see fit to run it! I will hire people to do specific jobs well, and if they can't or won't, then I'll find someone else who will. If I'm too blind to take good suggestions, and make bad decisions, alienate my employees to the point that all the good ones leave and I go out of business, well, it was my money at risk, and my loss. If someone else thinks they can do better, let them start their own business and risk their own money. They have no business telling me what to do with mine. They're free to do with theirs as they see fit. If they're successful, that's great! Larry
