If a terse language was what was ideal for downloading complex

Given that most of the functionality of Java is in the "built in" objects,
or the default classes (since otherwise, Java is just another Algoloid
language, although it DOES allow objects as the results of functions...)
all APL needs is a sufficiently powerful "default workspace" containing
specific functionality. J, for example, contains in its default profile, an
impressive amount of functionality: program management tools, GUI
management tools,...
