We are very proud to announce that ACT has elected to include AdaGIDE as part of the 3.10 public release of GNAT. (Just in time to appear on the next Walnut Creek CD-ROM !) AdaGIDE (the Ada GNAT Integrated Development Environment) is an interface to the GNAT compiler featuring a color context-sensitive editor and code reformatter. This newest version of AdaGIDE also has an exception traceback feature (courtesy of Gautier deMontmollin-- only for Windows 95 currently), can capture all I/O of a program to a file as well as outputting to the screen, and implements the multiple document interface. Currently, the NT 3.10p release does not have a debugger, and the Run captured feature of AdaGIDE doesn't quite behave correctly with 3.10 executables, but we expect both of these problems to be fixed in the near future. All of the functionality will work with GNAT 3.09. See our web site (http://www.usafa.af.mil/dfcs/bios/mcc_html/adagide.html) for complete information on how to download the newest version. --Martin -- Martin C.
