People could post additional Claw modules in the public domain or with a license of their choosing, either to work with full ($>0) Claw, or to work with the $=0 version, or they could make an arrangement with RR Software. Claw is pretty straightforwardly structured (see the original TriAda article at www.rrsoftware.com) so it wouldn't be all that hard. Maybe people have been bombarding Randy Brukardt with offers to do this, but I doubt it. A previous writer asked for interfaces to midi, data entry widgets with popup calculator, etc. etc. so there is demand. But multiple people have spent a lot of time creating alternative Windows bindings. Not that those aren't good, especially when, as in JEWL, they address a special audience, but it does mean that someone who wants a midi interface does not find it on the shelf, and goes looking instead to C++. (Presumably after checking out gnatcom)
