We'd like the courses to be geared toward real-time software, rather than client/server or database stuff. Among other possibilities, we're considering Aonix's OOA/D course, and their real-time programming in Ada course. I would appreciate hearing comments from people who have taken these specific courses, or similar courses, and would particularly like to know how useful they were in preparing developers for doing OO in a real-time context.
