I would like to apologize for my brother Colin James of CEC-Services.  He has
been quiet for so long, that I stopped giving him the drugs, and let him out
of his room, and now he has just puked all over the good people of these
groups once again.

I really do apologize.  Colin can get neither gainful employment, nor can he
sell any of his fanciful inventions to anyone with money, so he has nothing
better to do than keep harassing good decent hard working people and finding
new homes for his netscum web site, which lists all the people that have ever
stood up to his indecent harassement by saying, "Shut up and take it
elsewhere", or by sending copies of his nonsense to his ISP's, of which he has
been kicked off 15-20 in the last 2 years.

Most likely, Colin is on the verge of losing yet another ISP, as he usually
posts his harassements anonymously right up until the time when he has nothing
to lose, at which point he spews his bile all over these news groups once
again.

If you would like to help make it stop, please forward copies of his posts to
his current ISPs:

	postmaster@ezlink.com
	postmaster@jymis.com

with requests that they make this nonsense stop.

If anyone knows how to get the FBI involved in tracking or shutting down this
one man harassement squad, you would be doing us all a great service.
