Under the contract, a suite of products allowing for the management of distributed systems from the mainframe to the desktop will be implemented by DISA's 16 megacenters, which house a combination of minicomputers and mainframes. Web pages defined in HTML are stored in files and accessed by a Web server in response to requests from Web browsers. Reuse on the Web is accomplished using URL references between pages defined by HTML. This has created a network of references between pages that seems to be evolving like a living organism. On the Web, each URL is an example of reuse.
