User unfriendly and dangerous software is sewage. Pretty much a fundemental rule of good software design. In the real world, tons of people don't read manuals and make mistakes. Unfortunately, due to the massive incompetence in this field, macho and arcane "hacker priest" software like Unix and C have been glorified while user friendly and safer software and languages have been denegrated.
