I have a few excuses for not having done that, I don't have a functional ada compiler and it will be a while before I do and I am competant enough to write such a program. And while I am learning to code in Ada I am also developing some ideas on the mud that may be impacted by whether I run it multithreaded or not. My other original excuse was that I didn't want to invest a bunch of time learning tasking if I wasn't going to use it, but my interest has been piqued so... (besides, if I get serious about Ada I'll want to learn it anyhow.) I guess I will just have to install GNAT and get to work :) Thanks again for the help.
