As far as I know this warning occurs only with Redhat version 7, but as clearly documented, 3.14p does not support Redhat 7, only Redhat 6. Now it may be the case that most things work fine with Redhat 7, but if you use Redhat 7 with GNAT you are definitely on untested territory.
