That's the point of having the sources at gnu.org, contributions of this kind will be welcome. After all if 100% of the changes are being done by ACT, there is no point in having the sources at gnu.org, the whole point of putting them there is to take advantage of volunteer efforts, since, as we see in the OS/2 case, ACT can't manage to handle all possible ports, but we will be happy to incorporate any OS/2 contributions.
