  I am having a problem with my internet downloading. (I use netscape) 
Every time I try to download something, it will be at 99% complete and 
then it will give an error message that says "Error=16 Unable to launch 
external viewer". If you know what I can do, or can help me in any way I 
would really appreciate it.
