My boss thinks I'm posting our internal memoranda to the net! Seriously, I've never been on a project that has been afflicted by *all* these problems at once, but they are each terrifyingly familiar. And please, don't really stop writing about it--I'm loving this stuff. Of course, no amount of astute project management can help you if you build your project on a platform that's discontinued by its vendor two weeks after you release your product.
