WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR SEVERAL ATTITUDE DETERMINATION AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERS. ADA KNOWLEDGE HIGHLY DESIRABLE. TYPICAL ATTITUDE DETERMINATION AND CONTROL TASKS: Selected candidates will perform design, analysis and simulation of spacecraft attitude determination and attitude control systems. Conduct multidisciplinary research in the area of spacecraft attitude determination and control, and develop appropriate specifications in conjunction with systems engineering. Perform extensive linear analysis for control system design and non-linear simulation for performance prediction. Develop hardware requirements and interface specs. Collaborate with dynamics, hardware, and flight software personnel to develop algorithms for spacecraft application. Work with subcontractors to develop and deliver attitude determination and control hardware components. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Requires a BS (MS preferred) in Aero/EE/ME. Coursework in electronics and spacecraft design is required. Coursework in inertial instruments, control systems and knowledge of C/C++ or Ada is desirable.
