As Technical Editor of Ada Letters, let me assure you that no one is reading this column in current (or recent) issues. The "Dear Ada" column has not appeared in more than two years. Its nearest replacement, "Dr. Ada95," appeared only a few times. I don't think references to "Dear Ada" make either correspondent look up-to- date. This makes me wonder about the currency of any of their discussion of the appropriateness (or lack thereof) of Ada for anything. Phil Brashear CTA INCORPORATED Technical Editor Ada Letters
