Yet again, C, Ada, and C++ are practical, great, and flexible languages, but there does not seem to be a github of so many little helpers like Matlab/Julia/Java have... PAL is old, Boost is incomplete, etc. Really, these languages are incomparable, I think, since they are for rather different use cases. There are programs that won't have their best expression be a 1, 2, 3, ...-dim matrix computation.
