Prentice Hall have now published (a month late :-( ) my book,
"Ada 95: the Craft of Object-Oriented Programming".  There is
a website at http://www.comp.it.bton.ac.uk/je/adacraft which
gives the table of contents, preface, sample chapters and
downloadable copies of the examples from the book.
