Agreed because we "understand" it is the skills to engineer not the language that makes the difference. It is true on projects that are large scale like the F-22 is a bit ridiculous that they can't do a 2 week language boot camp for new recruits, but there is validity when dealing with small startups and projects that can't afford to train developers.
