This sort of thing happens all the time. There are two forms of the govt. channeling money to companies, in Ada terms they are numeric types ranging above and below decimal 0.0, respecively: (a) through subsidies for companies, (b) through tax reliefs for companies. I hope this isn't going to turn into a dispute along the lower line of the square of opposition.
