Here are two really good introductory books on Ada

[1] Booch, G.: Software Engineering with Ada.
    Benjamin-Cummings, 1987.

[2] Bray, G.; Pokrass, D.: Understanding Ada -
                           A Software Engineering Approach
    Wiley, 1989.
