I read on a IETF mailing list around may 2014 about  problems with mailing =
lists and some e-mail providers (yahoo? gmail? I am not 100% sure, it has b=
een a long time...) that changed their DMARC policies and this caused the (=
silent?) rejection of some ML messages.  It has been a long time and I do n=
ot remember the details (I can dig, if you want).  Maybe is this related wi=
th the Ada-Comment problem?

If this can help: I have a gmail account and I received the thread about ra=
ndom number generation.
