I am sure program logic should be _represented_ as text but it's not necessary being such under surface. And raw text is not good for representing rich hierarchical structures. Something like Word's "Structured view" would be far more appropriate. Units dependance diagram is only case what comes to mind where graphics makes sense. With connection lines of various width.
