I'm a cadet at the United States Military Academy and we, the Naval Academy, and the Air Force Academy are all taught Ada95 as computer science majors. Our instructors point out on a regular basis that the reasoning behind this is that Ada is one of the best OO languages available, and that it encourages good technique in programming.
