When I see something like:

I generally think it would be easier to use:

exception
    when E : others =>
       T_Io.Put_Line(Ada.Exceptions.Exception_Name(E) &
                     " in Char_Sets_Test.");
       T_Io.Put_Line(Ada.Exceptions.Exception_Information(E));
