Hmm.  I don't get on the internet enough.  I didn't expect the AST issue
to show up in this forum, only in VMS...  ;-)

DEC Ada is preparing an answer for you.  Our release notes for V3.3 
mention a change where we went back to the way Ada V3.0 behaved.
(Ie, V3.2 had a bug).
