Since you say "some", and we know that Ada is not as widely used as most people here would wish, we are now faced with 2 choices: - The majority of projects "are undercapitalized" and "the rightful prey of lowest-common-denominator languages". - The majority of people making decisions in software development projects are simple morons and their decision has nothing to do with economical considerations.
