The form feed character is a valid formatting element in the language, but is handled differently by the source code listings. The Vax prints the pragma page, pages to the next page, and then finishes the line's comment and pages again. Therefore, nothing is lost. Note that there is a slight difference between Ada 83 and 95 concerning the definition of a comment.
