Now, I've been the technical manager for the ACES project for several years (beginning with supervising our subcontractor, Boeing, in the merger of the old ACEC and the British AES to form the current ACES). I know I'm aging, and my memory isn't what it used to be (actually, I don't remember a time when my memory was trustworthy), but I don't recall any instance of incorporating an ACVC test into the ACES.
