That probably depends on the AVF doing the testing. I think you might find that some AVFs can do testing of a single implementation with no complications for $12,000 or less. As in many areas, it pays to shop around. (Yes, I know what "on the order of" means. However, orders of magnitude aren't terribly useful in talking about competitive pricing.
