That is a terrible thing to say!!! And how can you back this statement? Besides, when someone is being interviewed, the interviewer should have questions ready to determine the level of competence of the interviewee for whatever the position and the requirements thereof. I like to think that people don't lie (entirely) about what they know on their resumes. Tho' if what you mean to say is that there are not many people who are intimately knowledgeable of C++, then I might agree. Mike
