I don't have an SGI around to check, but I would not be at all suprised if the OpenGL bindings that come with SGI/Gnat weren't SGI bindings with an SGI copyright (and non-Free license), genereated by SGI's famous proprietary binding generator. After all, OpenGL is an SGI API...
