Two good alternatives: http://www.adapower.net/ - David Botton's contribution. http://savannah.gnu.org/ - The FSF's SourceForge clone. There isn't a lot on either yet (well, Savannah has a lot when you don't compare it to SourceForge), but both places are liable to be a bit more clueful about the GMGPL. It looks like using Savannah might also be an easier way to make your project an official GNU project.
