What is the reason that people think they can distribute software under their own terms and conditions when (a) the software is linked with software they don't own, and (b) the terms and conditions of that software talk about redistribution permissions? No formal difference between GPL, EULA, Apple, or whatever license when it states something about redistribution permissions.
