I don't think that the license used in the GNAT GPL 2005 Edition has affected the license used in FSF GNAT. Also, there is clause 10 of the GPL. Thus, if you have an Open Source(tm) Ada program that is not GPLed, you could ask AdaCore for permission to distribute your program using that other license.
