GNAT is IMHO well integrated for some time now. 3.4.x and 4.0.x work quite well, the 4 series adds some support for Ada 2005. "Any Ada program" may require any other software needed by that Ada program, though, if the other software is not part of Ada or the GNAT library. Debian GNU/Linux and MinGW have ready made compilers, Debian adds a number of libraries, some for 3.15p (with corrections) though.
