Lame excuse: I'm using the new Beta version of Netscape to read my news. In this version they removed the feature that automaticly puts the author's name at the top of a follow-up post, so now I have to do it manually. As a human, I'm apt to screw this up once in a while (as T.E.D., I'm apt to screw this up quite often). One of the things I'm best at is making mistakes, which is why I like Ada so much. It also now automaticly e-mails a copy of the posting to the previous author, unless you tell it not to. So if you are suddenly seeing a lot of misattrubations and email identical to postings (particularly from me) now you know why. Thanks for letting me know it happened. I'll try to be a bit more careful. T.E.D. (structured programming bigot)
