The March issue of IEEE Software contains an article on the new Ada
standard, beginning on page 105.  The article is balanced, conveying both
the enthusiasm of Ada backers and the quixotic nature of our quest.
Tucker Taft, Chris Anderson, Ralph Crafts, Bob Mathis,and Dave McAllister
are quoted.  The article is featured on the cover of the magazine, with
the blurb "debut of ISO's Ada 95".
