We have a vendor who wants to use a tool called SPAR from a company 
called Arrow (yeah, I know, sketchy anecdotal info...).  If you know 
anything about this tool which supposedly does S/W reliability modelling, 
please email me.  Contact info for the company would be greatly 
appreciated.  Opinions, successes, failures etc are desireable.
