We occasionally make announcements there of new versions, but the main dialog on GNAT occurs on comp.lang.ada, which people felt was the most reasonable approach when we discussed this a while ago. gnat-chat is a synonym for gnat-report, and this address should be used for all specific questions about gnat that you want to address to the GNAT team, or if you have problems. We have received literally thousands of messages at this address, so it seems to work OK in general. If you are not getting any reply from gnat-report, that's strange. We don't always respond immediately to bug reports (no immediate response means not fixed yet, but if you don't get a response of at least a bug filing number within say a week or so, that's unusual).
