It has been uploaded to tsx-11.mit.edu and sunsite.unc.edu. You can find it at sunsite.unc.edu in pub/Linux/Incoming right now. I haven't tested it other than compiling it with itself a few times and compiling some stuff that I am working on, on which it works great. If you find any problems with it, please mail me. It uses gcc 2.6.2.
