We have problems with time esti- mations because function point counting is not a very good estimation tool. We would like to hear from any person or group with experience in any of the following areas: - Loss minimisation application - Load forecast small/medium/large - Weather tracking - Demand side management tools - Planned outage scheduling We are interested in any advice and specifically the availability software support for estimations.
