We(ESKOM-Electricity Supply KOMmision South Africa) are currently working on 
a cyclomatic complex real time application. We have problems with time esti-
mations because function point counting is not a very good estimation tool.

We would like to hear from any person or group with experience in any of the 
following areas:

- Loss minimisation application
- Load forecast small/medium/large
- Weather tracking 
- Demand side management tools
- Planned outage scheduling

We are interested in any advice and specifically the availability software 
support for estimations.

If any other groups or ftp sites have information on the subject we would like 
to now about them.
